We are currently looking for a bilingual IT Technician to work for our client, a construction company.
Job description:
– Provide level 1 and 2 technical assistance to users;
– Prepare / configure / deploy equipment and new workstations;
– Document processes and tickets;
– Update software and hardware;
– Maintain the inventory of technological equipment.
Profile description:
– 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role;
– Knowledge of IT environments (VPN, Microsoft Windows, Firewall, Linux Active Directory, Office 365, 0365 administration console);
– Knowledge of MDM technologies;
– SQL knowledge (asset);
– Good interpersonal skills and sense of customer service;
– Excellent oral and written communication;
– Fluent in French.
Work experience: 2-3 years
