Job description:

• Take charge of level 1 support for users
• Participate in the analysis of needs and the identification of problems
• If necessary, have to provide support outside regular hours
• Support the documentation of requests and follow-ups
• Perform tasks related to different servers, such as VMware
• Take charge of tasks related to the IP telephony system
• Take charge of the management of access systems as well as the management of backups
• Degree in computer science
• Similar experience in IT support
• Knowledge of Active Directory, VMware, Microsoft Exchange
• Good sense of priority management analysis
• Good team player
• Fluency in French and English
• Available to travel, if necessary, in the province of Quebec
