Job description: RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide IT support (hardware and software)
- Ensure the follow-up of the various tickets and the documentation related to them
- Ensure good priority management (Mainly related to tickets)
- Ensure the resolution of level 1 incidents/requests otherwise escalate the problem
- Ensure the reception, configuration, installation of workstations / other IT tools
- Track computer equipment
- Ensure compliance with IT security protocols
- Work jointly with the IT team leader on the monitoring of various technical projects
- Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in IT or customer service
- Hold a DEC or AEC diploma in computer science
- Good knowledge of the Windows environment
- Experience working with the Microsoft 365 suite
- Analytical mind and customer service oriented
- Bilingual
