We are currently looking for an IT Technician based on the North shore of Montréal.
Job description:
– Provide level 1 to 2 support for internal users;
– Install, configure and ensure the maintenance of the various tools/materials;
– Liaise with other groups in the IT department or partners and follow up on issues as needed;
– Participate in data integration in collaboration with the operations manager;
– Monitor and update the inventory of computer equipment, telephone systems and mobile devices;
– Provide operational support on IT asset management and IT security.
Profile description:
– DEC in computer science or other relevant fields;
– Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role;
– Good knowledge of Microsoft environments, Office365 and IP telephony;
– Have experience in the implementation of an ERP solution, ideally a Saas solution (an asset);
– You are a team player and recognized for your rigor and autonomy;
– Fluent in French.
Work experience: 1-2 years
Salary benefits : 4,375.0
