Job description:
- Be the point of contact of the users for IT issues
- Process and follow up on requests received in person, over the phone, or by email according to their level of importance
- Detect problems and quickly find solutions in order to provide the necessary support to employees
- Take care of the installation and troubleshooting of computer equipment (networking equipment, mobile, servers, surveillance cameras, and computers)
- Provide hardware and software support to users
- Ensure adequate documentation as needed
Profile description:
- Degree in computer science
- 2 years of experience in technical support
- General computer knowledge (hardware, software, and other peripherals)
- Good knowledge of Active Directory and SCCM
- Good analytical skills
- Easy to communicate, dynamic and enthusiastic
- Customer-oriented, curious and creative
- Fluent in french
Work experience: 3-4 years
