We are currently looking for a bilingual IT Technician for our client based on the South Shore.
Job description:
– Provide level 1 to 2 support for customers;
– Prepare and configure IT equipment (computers, printers, scanners);
– Support technicians on the road and trainers for computer and / or network problems;
– Follow up with customers to anticipate potential or existing needs;
– All other related tasks.
Profile description:
– Relevant diploma in computer science;
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
– Knowledge of remote connection tools (an asset);
– Knowledge of databases (an asset)
– You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and your sense of service;
– Functional English.
Work experience: 2-3 years
