Job description:
- Responsible for level 1 and 2 billest
- Provide IT assistance to company users regarding software and equipment
- Participate in compliance with company standards as well as compliance with IT security standards during installations and configurations
- Participate in the management of IT equipment, inventory as well as the management of user accounts
- Actively collaborate with other teams from different departments of the company during incidents or problems
- A degree in computer science or a relevant field
- Relevant experience in a technical support position
- Knowledge of Office365 and One Drive Teams
- Active Directory knowledge
- Strong customer orientation
- Good communicator
- Autonomous and versatile
- Team player
- Functional in French and English
