We are currently looking for a bilingual IT Technician / analyst to work for our client, a distribution company.
Job description:
- Ensure the maintenance and improvement of all computers in the computer park
- Respond to questions from customers and users
- Provide level 1 and 2 support
- Assist users with operating systems and other software
- Be able to be versatile and handle requests according to their priorities
- Ensure proper installation of software
- Assist users with phones and other relevant devices
Profile description:
- Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Skills on Active Directory (AD, DNS, DHCP);
- General knowledge of Exchange and Outlook
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 7, 10, and server operating systems
- Several years of support with the Microsoft Office suite
- Notions in networking: WAN, LAN, WIFI
- Notions of computer hardware in the broad sense (computers, laptops, mobile phones, printers, scanners, Visio)
- Customer service-oriented and excellent communication skills
- Fluent in french
Work experience: 1-2 years
