We are currently looking for a bilingual IT Technician / analyst to work for our client based in the south shore, a distribution company.

Job description:

• Givedaily support requests related to the B To B transactional website;
• Assign the tickets to the right place;
• Ensure the proper functioning of the applications, monitor system alerts and act accordingly if necessary;
• Document the problem and / or opportunity for improvements and / or training;
• Establish and maintain a positive collaborative relationship with all stakeholders, while ensuring that the main organizational points are addressed;
• Recommend corrective actions when necessary;
• Participate in the drafting of procedures and documentation;

Profile description:

• Experience with Dynamics AX, an important asset;
• Be able to offer quality customer service;
• Good knowledge of a company’s business processes in distribution, sales, services in general or franchise management;
• Have good conflict management skills and tolerate ambiguities during a negotiation process;
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, in French and English;
• Be willing to travel to carry out certain mandates

Work experience: 1-2 years

Salary benefits : 4,166.5
