We are currently looking for a technical support agent for a company located on the south shore of Montreal.

Job description:

• Provide level 1-2 technical support to the various departments of the company;
• Manage the connectivity of network and telephony equipment;
• Participate in the documentation of procedures and practical guides;
• Participate in the deployment and upgrading of technological equipment;
• Take care of the installation, configuration of computers and software updates;
• Take care of the creation and management of users;
• Provide technical support to system, network and Internet users;
• Update inventories, licenses and equipment;

Profile description:

• Degree in computer science or equivalent;
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Master Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams);
• Have a good sense of organization and planning;
• Be able to handle several files at the same time and meet deadlines;

*Experience with remote support and telephone support;

• Ability to work effectively in a team;
• Excellent customer service;
• Functional English

Work experience: 1-2 years
