Job description:
- Provide level 1 and 2 support to the various users of the company;
- Ensure the connectivity of networking / telephony tools;
- Maintain and support the repair of computer equipment as needed,
- Write practical guides to ensure the documentation of internal procedures;
- Take part in the deployment and updating of IT equipment;
- Support the installation, configuration of computers and the implementation of updates;
- Create and configure users;
- Provide technical support to users of systems, networks and the Internet;
- Maintain the inventory of technological equipment;
- Deploy IT equipment;
- Fluent in French (Oral & Written)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Any relevant certification an asset;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software;
- Ability to carry out several files at the same time and meet deadlines;
- Have a good sense of responsibility and demonstrate initiative;
- Experience with remote support and telephone support;
- Team player;
- Excellent customer service;
