Job description:
- Coordinating the connection of meeting rooms(audio and video)
- Provide support to internal customers for all requests related to conference rooms.
- Set up virtual meeting/event rooms
- Maintain computer inventory in conference rooms
- Lead technical troubleshooting
- Provide assistance to managers / VIP users and document the work carried out
- Provide level 1 support for any mobile device and manage inventory (purchase, upgrade, follow-up with suppliers, etc.)
- Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of conference system management (Cisco, WebEx, Cisco Teams, Polycom)
- Basic knowledge of wireless communications (iOS and Android)
- 1-2 years of IT experience (ideally in technical and audiovisual support)
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and O365 system
- Work experience in a corporate environment (firms, offices, etc.)
- Bilingual (French & English) (Required)
