We are looking for a computer technician (hardware repair expert) for one of our clients, specialized in the provision of computer services. This is a permanent position, with a salary between $40,000 and $50,000 depending on experience, dynamic environment, in strong growth with possibility of internal evolution.

Your duties:

Job description:

o Perform service calls within prescribed time frames.
o Hardware repair of workstations, laptops and tablets (Lenovo, HP, Dell)
o When the device can not be repaired, in customers make the necessary hardware and software interventions in workshop
o Respect the quality standards defined by the company
o Inform dispatch of the results of the interventions after each service call
o Establish constructive business relationships with customers
o Participate in training sessions on our various products and manufacturers
o Pass the exams leading to the certifications required by the company

Profile description:

o DEP in computer support
o At least one year of relevant experience
o Possess a valid driver’s license
o Good communication skills, good customer service
o Fluency in English, as some training is in English.
o Manufacturer or ComptiaA+ certifications (an asset)
o Pass the exams leading to the certifications required by the company

Work experience: 1-2 years

Salary benefits : 3,750.0
