Job description:

We are currently looking for a computer technician – level 1-2 for one of our clients located in the West Island of Montreal. This is a permanent position. The salary offered varies according to experience ($55,000 to $65,000). Hybrid format (2 days on site – 3 days telecommuting). It is therefore necessary to reside in Montreal.

Your missions will be :

o Prepare and configure equipment to be deployed to projects
o Provide level 1 and 2 technical support to users
o Configure and deploy new workstations
o Update software and hardware and maintain inventory
o Participate in team projects as needed
o Document processes and tickets assiduously

Profile description:

o Minimum of 3+ years experience in a similar position
o Possess a College Diploma (DEC) in IT or other related training
o Knowledge of IT environments such as VPN, Microsoft Windows, Firewall, Linux; Active Directory, Office 365 and 0365 administration console
o Knowledge of MDM technologies
o Relational skills, customer service orientation
o Autonomous, organized and good analytical skills
o Excellent oral and written communication skills in French (English an asset)
o Able to travel on occasion (driver’s license and car required)

Work experience: 3-4 years

Salary benefits : 4,583.5
