Job title: IT Technician level 1

Job description: – Provide level 1 support for users;
– Prepare IT tools to welcome new employees;
– Install, configure and ensure the maintenance of the various tools / materials;
– Participate in data integration in collaboration with the operations manager;
– Manage user licenses for the Office 365 suite;
– Provide operational support on the management of the IT equipment and IT security.
– Degree in computer science ;
– Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position;
– Good technical knowledge of the Windows environment and the Office suite;
– You are recognized for your daily proactivity and enthusiasm;
– You are proactive and want to participate in the development of a rapidly developing company;
– Fluent in French.
