Job title: IT Technician level 2

Job description: – Provide level 1 and 2 support for the different users ;
– Respond to requests and incident reports by documenting interventions via the ticketing tool ;
– Management of the dashboard for requests in the ticketing tool ;
– Ensure the maintenance and development of the IT equipment (configuration, deployment of workstations, etc.) ;
– Ensure adequate documentation (procedures, policies and processes).
– Computer science diploma (DEC or DEP) ;
– Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Technician Level 2 ;
– Good knowledge of Windows Server and CentOS operating systems ;
– Good knowledge of SQL (an asset) ;
– Knowledge of Sage or Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems (an asset) ;
– Fluent in French.
