YOUR ROLE:

As an IT Technician, you will be require to, among other things:

Provide level 2 and 3 technical support to users;
Act as a resource person for the company’s IT needs;
Participate in the improvement of established procedures;
Ensure the updating and implementation of computer and office automation tools;
Train new IT employees;
Attend training sessions in order to keep up to date with new technological trends;
Implement IT procedures and processes;
Maintain and manage inventory and equipment;
Participate in IT projects.

PREREQUISITES:

Education in computer science (AEC or DCS);
Experience in a similar role;
Analytical and problem solving skills;
Ability to manage multiple changes and excellent time and priority management;
Autonomy, resourcefulness, and thoroughness;
Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, Terminal Server, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, etc;
Experience with information security;
Experience with the latest technologies, a major asset;
Ability to communicate in both French and English.
