Junior Administrative Assistant working for an Environmental Company Part Time
Position Overview
- Shepard Business Park of Calgary (near Stoney Trail and Glenmore)
- Permanent Placement Part-time
- 20 hours per week, flexible schedule Monday through Friday
- $20.00 per hour plus benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Junior bookkeeping and invoicing.
- Able to take meeting minutes.
- Greeting office guests with general office administration skills.
- Manage and maintain equipment and supplies.
Education/Experience:
- 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Should have grade 12.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and vehicle
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience with MS Office and QuickBooks
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Additional Requirements:
- Standard First Aid, WHIMS, and Fire extinguisher training
