Our business partner, a renowned boutique firm specializing in business law, is currently seeking a bilingual lawyer with a minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in commercial law, more specifically in information technology and business law.
On a daily basis, the selected candidate will work on stimulating and diversified files related to various sectors of activity, including artificial intelligence, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, software licensing, etc.
You will be required to review, draft and negotiate various types of contracts, while being involved in transactions and financings. You will apply your legal knowledge in an advisory role with a diverse clientele, including small and medium-sized businesses. The successful candidate will have some experience in contract drafting. With a great deal of autonomy, he or she will be able to act as a liaison between the junior and senior lawyers.
