Job description: This person will support the manager by ensuring that costs are properly tracked. Create and update ERP purchase requests. Generate the various inventory reports. Enter data at the ERP at the inventory items. Follow up with customers and suppliers on invoices and submissions. Entering data from customer purchase requests; Support the management of day-to-day relationships with external partners. Respond effectively to internal and external customer requests and plan the transportation of goods with different business partners.

Requirements

• Essential – college degree in supply management – accounting

Knowledge and abilities

• Essential – Microsoft Office
• Asset – ERP (Dynamics)
• Asset – Bilingualism
