We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator dealing with all Import & Export for a large distributor of various products. …
 The responsibilities are as follows:
 . Arranging international shipments through ocean and air modes of transportation
 . Manage all import/export and paperwork related
 . Working closely with clients to ensure their expectations are met and maintained
 . Mitigating any potential delays of shipments by working closely with customs department
 . Responsible for negotiating rates with vendors and clients
 . Working closely within a Freight Forwarding/ Logistics team
 . Any other duties are required

 . Minimum 6 months experience in the industry (internships accepted)
 . Proven ability to learn in a fast paced environment

 . Excellent communication skills
