To support our growth, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator.
Reporting to the Canadian Logistics Supervisor, the Logistics Coordinator will work with various members within the supply chain to coordinate transportation movements and ensure a high level of customer service.

He will support the growth of its operations by:

– Coordinate/tender shipments via truck and intermodal using the existing TMS;

– Track shipments that are in transit to make sure all orders delivers on time;

– Optimize route planning (weight and/or cube per trailer);

– Suggest ways to optimize operations;

– Inform customer service, supply chain and/or the various plants/warehouses/suppliers of any issues;

– Support carriers with day to day operations as needed (deliveries to customers, etc.);

REQUIREMENTS:

– College degree related to Logistics or any other related training (any other combination of education and/or experience may be considered);

– Five (5) years of experience in Logistics Strong technical problem solving skills;

– Excellent communication and customer service skills;

– Self-motivated and resourceful;

– Able to work in a fast-paced environment;

– Skilled with the various Office suite and/or Google tools.

CONDITIONS:

– Permanent full-time position;

– Workplace in St-Cesaire Notre-Dame, then move to Solar Uniquartier in Brossard during 2021.
