Job description: Adecco is currently seeking a Logistics Customer Service to join our client’s team in Mississauga, ON. Pay rate: $20/hour.

Location: Mississauga, ON

Shifts: 7:30am-4:00pm

Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Detailed Job Description:

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Investigate customer inquiries, perform traces, and communicate service delivery issues or delays promptly.

Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues and enhance client satisfaction.

Communicate effectively with Drivers, Terminals, and Sales to address customer inquiries.

Follow up daily on Over, Short & Damaged (OS&D) incidents.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken using Courier Complete.

Respond to and resolve traces in a timely manner.

Candidate’s Profile:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Highly professional and confident with the ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels.

Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle inquiries sensitively, tactfully, and professionally.

Conscientious with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.

An active listener with sound judgment and critical thinking abilities.

Ability to multitask and work under tight time constraints.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal reporting management systems.

Strong work ethic and a positive team player attitude.

High school or GED required.

Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience required.

Business-to-business Customer Service experience is preferred.

Prior experience in Transportation/Logistics is preferred.

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
