Job description: Job Ad Job Purpose: Strategize the planning thru holistic and yet a detailed approach to OTB and current inventory, review segmentation and appropriate allocation to different channels and platforms. Review the forecasting while indicating the order for replenishment product, maximizing the productivity of inventory and ensure gross margin achievement. Strategize the seasonal buy and allocation based on channel segmentation and business objectives / KPIs Job Duty: § Achievement of Annual Sales Plan/ Rolling Forecast in line with channel, financial and company aligned expectations § Strategize from Planning perspective monthly loading and inventory for the year/season. To tied up to top line sales plan and bottom line to Brand Fiscal Year. § Ensure the realization of planning financial KPIs into a redaction of OTB that encompassed the entire channels and platform in our DTC § Work closely with omni channel teams on setting sales target and monitoring to ensure sales turnover and profitability of the business. § Review Countries Allocation proposal and coordinate the regional team on weekly and monthly KPI report to analyze the Sales, Promotion and events Performances while share insights. § Review merchandise allocations between channels, platform and stores grade while also setting ROI for each action agreed in order to place the buy § Coordinating the preparation of sales and stock reports for product reordering and ensure the correct execution from Regional planning perspective for new product launch, in DTC and Wholesale, while continuing monitoring the adherence of the APD and their performances thru the season. § Monitor and approve discount value on specific promotions based on Product Performances and Cadence for all channels. § Ensure the rolling forecast indication for Never Out of Stock and replenishment activities in both B&M and ECOM. Thru at an established GTM calendar. § To develop Regional OTB and sales plan per channel and store cluster (what to buy, how much, etc.), according to buying strategy, top down financial target § Develop and OTB and managed inventory also for our APAC partners and direct their buying § Conduct historical analysis in terms of buying structure and provide proposals for pre-season buying structures at cluster level; § Based on existing analysis model to provide detailed analysis on the article level to identify key drivers for top selling articles, as well as slow moving articles; § Develop store cluster proposal and distribution plan § Monitor buying quantity vs. budget; reconcile buy plan to merchandise plan; § Partner with logistics and customer service team to track order placement and shipment control; § Lead in the process to provide ongoing product and category performance and quantitative analysis e.g.:- sell out, stock level, etc. § Provide in season performance tracking reports; § Provide analysis to develop mark down strategy and support markdown and clearance process § Maintain & Monitor compliance of pre-season buy and AP policy, as well as planning calendar; § Provide analysis and documentation for post-season review; § Provide seasonal deep dive analysis for all out APAC Partners § Partner with Retail Operations, VM, Retail Marketing, and Logistics teams to develop action steps for next season; § The rile requires deep understanding of B&M and ECOM dynamics § Build and coach an high performing team through development of talent; create individual and team goals based on performance metrics; monitor performance and give clear and frequent feedback.
