ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in driving the company’s efforts, such as maintaining the company’s online presence, event coordination, client relations, and more. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to diversify their marketing experience.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Marketing Coordinator will report to the senior management team. This is a fully in-office position, with occasional visits to the project sites and sales centers. Responsibilities include:

• Update and maintain website content, including material on pre-construction projects.
• Craft engaging social media content and manage channels.
• Establish and maintain a CRM system to enhance client relationships.
• Event planning and logistics.
• Assist in the setup of display homes.
• Design feature sheets, flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Represent the company at networking events (occasional overtime required).

THE REQUIREMENTS

4+ years of marketing experience in real estate development, specifically high-rise development is a must

Post-secondary education in marketing, business, or a related field

Proficient in MS Office, social media channels, SEO

Experience with event coordination

Driver’s license and vehicle preferred

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Enthusiastic and driven

COMPENSATION

·$65,000 to $75,000

·2-3 weeks’ vacation

·Comprehensive benefits package
