In this role, you will:
- Work with a high volume of technical-based paperwork in order to provide administrative support to the Technical Quality Cell section of the Waterfront Quality and Material Certification department.
- Receive, distribute and file Manageable Task (MT) folders for review by Technical Quality Analysts (TQA)
- Rearrange, distribute and file documents electronically for external audit purposes
- Develop and update PowerPoint presentations for the team
- Upload, retrieve and distribute material on SharePoint site for Material Certification department
- Coordinate, track, liaise, and prepare reports for the team
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure continuous support of the projects
- Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate brings:
- 1-2 years of experience in an Administrative setting, preferably in a technical environment
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel, Word and Outlook
- Database management is an asset
- SharePoint experience is an asset
- Able to work under minimal supervision and can readily shift priorities in a complex environment
- Eligible for a Canadian Secret Security Clearance, ITAR and Controlled Goods clearances
