Job description: Naturally Pacific Resort offers an escape into Vancouver Island’s greatest outdoor playground. Located in Campbell River, BC with breathtaking mountain and ocean views, we will offer one of the premier hospitality experiences on Vancouver Island. Scheduled to open in January 2024 this destination resort will be complete with a 100-room luxury hotel, extraordinary dining, a luxury spa, an outdoor pool space, as well as a spectacular 18-hole golf course.

In this exciting new role, the Nail Technician will have the opportunity to work with key industry partners to bring the resort and its amenities to guests for the first time! The Nail Technician is responsible for providing guests with various nail services and treatments such as, pedicures and manicures. To perform these duties, they must be certified and possess knowledge of luxurious spa treatments and customs and be open to learning our spa’s unique treatments and protocols. Additionally, they must have excellent communication skills and be knowledgeable about our products and services to provide guests with effective wellness solutions that meet their needs.

A few things we are looking for in a new team member:

  • Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer knowledge.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Problem-solving skills, critical thinking, significant use of memory.
  • The desire for continuous learning.
  • Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of technician/spa experience.
  • 2-3 years of guest service experience.
