Job description: We’ re looking for an Operations Coordinator in the education industry.
Our client, a leading academic exam prep company, is looking for their next operations coordinator to enrich their team of professionals. They have a focus on our students, a goal to delivery expertise, and a commitment to quality. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of various prep courses.
Operations Coordinator responsibilities:
- Attend to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service assistance
- Create and send administrative emails
- Oversee client registration and payment activities
- Support the company’ s day-to-day operations
- Coordinate initiatives related to planning, organizing, and executing prep courses
- Oversee part time employees, develop work schedules, and delegate specific tasks
- Support the recruitment of on-campus employees
- Track and maintain budgets and payroll
- Update website and database information
- Review and modify course materials
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to team meetings
The successful candidate has:
- Post secondary degree
- 1-3 years of experience in event planning, management, operations, or customer service
- Experience in the service sector is an asset
- Strong management and customer service skills
- Strong event planning and project management skills
- Proficiency in English is required including verbal and written skills
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Drop box
- Advance Adobe Acrobat skills or a strong willingness to learn
- High attention to details and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to successfully multitask and perform under pressure
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work various shifts when needed, to accommodate to business demands
Compensation and benefits:
- The discussed salary range is $42, 000 – $49, 000 depending on experience
- Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision care
- 2 weeks vacation
