Launched in 2020, Enough Already is a multi-stakeholder coalition determined to address and prevent workplace sexual harassment in Saskatchewan. We are committed to working with government, business, industry associations, unions and community organizations to make workplaces throughout Saskatchewan safe for everyone. About the Position:
The objective is to address and prevent sexual harassment in Saskatchewan workplaces. This position will report to the Project Lead, work in collaboration with the Enough Already team and will:
– Initiate outreach to Saskatchewan employers and relevant stakeholders to raise awareness of the Enough Already project and our mandate
– Design and implement a series of documents based on research and recognized best practices and current case law and adult education principles
– Develop resources to support Enough Already training series
– Facilitate training modules, workshops and seminars both online and in-person throughout Saskatchewan
– Support ongoing evaluations and compile activity and project reports

Knowledge & Experience Required:
– A Degree in Education, Law, Human Resources, or Social Sciences or an equivalent combination of
education and experience
– Experience in the development and facilitation of educational workshops to a wide range of audiences based on adult education and learning principles
– A solid understanding of sexual harassment information, policies and impact
