Job description: POSITION SUMMARY
Based in Fredericton, NB and reporting to the Regional Manager, West NB, the ID Services Tech Lead is the primary point of contact for Commissionaires Identification Services in the New Brunswick West Region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Identification Services activities, which include background screening, digital fingerprinting, and other related services.
KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary contact for all identification services within the region
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Support clients with identification questions and needs
- Process criminal record checks, digital fingerprints and, as required, ink and roll fingerprints
- Coordinate with the Head Office Identification Tech Lead on products/services, as required
- Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
- Reconcile daily sales and complete related reports
- Perform a review and analysis of Identification Services, as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven performance/previous experience in customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with POS systems and processes
- Strong technology skills (M365 environment)
- Excellent organization, planning and time management skills
