Summary
Retail Data Specialist Part Time
Our retail team needs a part time Retail Data Specialist to accurately collect and report retail data at our client’s retail locations. The ideal candidate will have the analytical ability to review the data, resolve any issues the data presents, and perform follow ups as needed. Responsibilities:
Accurately enter data into reporting systems to build and maintain pertinent retail information for reporting and analysis.
Authorized listings for national and regional chains.
Compile and gather data/information for daily report development specific to sales team and client’s needs.
Audit and validate data in reporting systems to ensure data is correct for all systems related to retail.
Review reports daily, resolve issues, and perform follow-up as required.
Complete administrative tasks such as; document and file maintenance, filing, scheduling, correspondence, etc.
Participate in special retail projects as needed.
Qualifications:
(Required): High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
(Preferred) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Business.
1-3 years prior administrative or retail experience.
Retail Sales / Trade Marketing Experience or equivalent job-related experience.
2 years computer experience (desired).
Retail technology experience (a plus).
Self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Position Summary
The Retail Data Specialist (RDS) will work closely with the Retail Director, ARTS Manager, and Retail team in coordinating maintenance and consistency of data within the ARTS System.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Data Entry
Accurately enter data into reporting systems to build and maintain pertinent retail information for reporting and analysis

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed in a retail in-store environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift and/or push up to 74 pounds, stand on feet for long periods of time, use products or cook food as appropriate for the demonstration, and may be required to work in extremely cold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections). Also required to travel and drive. The use of proper safety practices when handling the products and/or cooking is essential.
