Job description: Diamond Construction Inc. located at Unit 3, 1428 Lorne Street, Regina, SK S4R2K4 is currently looking for two (2) Plasterers. Applicants should have some experience or relevant training. Applicant should be able to communicate in English. This is a full time position. We will also consider applicants who are willing to work part time. The salary will be $25.00 – 27.00 per hour, depending on experience. Following are some of the duties:
– Clean and prepare surfaces
– Mix plaster / mud ingredients in trough to desired consistency
– Apply, level and smooth coats of plaster / mud using trowels, floats, brushes and spraying equipment
– Trowel or spray coats of stucco over the interior of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces
– Finish corners and angles and create decorative designs in the finish coat
– Cure freshly plastered / Mudded surfaces
– Mould and install ornamental panels, cornices and trim
– Spray acoustic materials or texture finish over walls and ceilings.
