Job description: ProcomLabs is seeking a Technology Procurement Specialist to join their Corporate Team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and assist with procurement activities related to IT (software and technology services)
• Interact with business partners and IT leaders to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations
• Evaluate and compare vendors, services, and pricing
• Negotiate and develop purchasing-related RFP’s, and respond to RFI’s from vendors when applicable
• Gather requirements from various business units, and assist with building business cases
• Assist business leaders in making decisions on vendors, and manage vendor relationships
• Commission SaaS products

Skills and Knowledge Required:

• 5+ years of experience within Technology Procurement
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to develop strong relationships with vendors and business partners
• Excellent presentation skills
• Superior negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Able to collaborate effectively with others
