Our Product Marketing team gathers customer insights and competitive intelligence to define product positioning, manage product launches, and product-line marketing strategy. We partner with teams across the company, including Product, Sales, and Engineering to ensure alignment on project scope and market fit.
As our Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the go-to-market strategy for our exceptional line of industrial equipment. You’ll be at the forefront of promoting our products to industrial contractors, dealers, and other stakeholders, while ensuring our brand remains synonymous with excellence in these sectors. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead the development of our marketing, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence efforts by harnessing your deep understanding of customer behaviors and market trends to craft captivating messaging and shape Brandt’s unique position in the market.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Dive deep into the industrial equipment sector to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and pain points. Leverage this knowledge to develop a deep understanding of our target market and create compelling marketing strategies.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Craft and execute innovative go-to-market plans that drive the successful launch of our machine conversion and attachment equipment lines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product positioning, messaging, pricing, and distribution strategies.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement captivating marketing campaigns that showcase the unique value of our task-specific equipment to our target audience. Utilize various marketing channels, including digital, print, events, and social media, to maximize our reach and impact.
- Sales Enablement: Work closely with our sales team to equip them with the necessary tools, training, and materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to customers.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, staying ahead of industry trends and ensuring we maintain a competitive edge.
