Job description: Do you have commercial construction experience?

REAL Recruitment is looking for a Project Manager for an interior commercial construction client based in Calgary.

The successful candidate must have:

• 5 years’ experience, all in commercial construction
• Experience project managing multiple projects (5 to 8 at one time)
• Worked on $50K to $250K projects
• Experience with using MS Projects and other MS Office tools
• Experienced in managing, teams, clients, sub-contractors and employees
• Good time management
• Strong work ethic
• Strong communicator, must effectively communicate with site supervisors, fellow employees, clients, sub-contractors, etc.
• Must have a vehicle
