As Project Manager (Field Construction Manager), you will provide integral support overseeing the program management related to the Wilderness Point. Located on the Sunshine Coast, Wilderness Point is where we will bring people, culture and technology together in nature. We are building a best in class facility for a youth camp, corporate retreat and wellness centre. You will manage and support the contractor workforce in the execution of the capital build program worth $5-6M capital (annual – labour & materials) per manager. You will enforce work standards, safety and SOX compliancy. You will be responsible for financial management and risk mitigation in meeting project commitments, as well as for ensuring business operations are efficient and effective at the operational level.

Travel to Sechelt at least 3 days per week is required.

• 7 years of experience as a Project Manager;
• Experience managing and supporting the contractor workforce in the execution of a capital build program;
• Strong understanding of safety and SOX compliancy;
• Experience with financial management and risk mitigation protocols;
• Languages required:
