Job description: IT PROJECT/PROGRAM MANAGER Aversan Inc. ( ) is a reputable Engineering Company that provides expertise in Systems Integration, Product Design/Development and Software/Product Testing for highly regulated industries including Digital Health, Medical Devices, IT and Aerospace. We are currently seeking a qualified IT Project/Program Manager to work on leading edge technology products. The successful candidate for this position will be a part of highly motivated and highly technical work environment that feeds off the collective energy of a team-oriented workplace.

Location: St. Laurent, QC (Hybrid)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the planning and implementation of a secure operational zone by separating the existing data center infrastructure and the related applications and dataset migrations.
• Co-ordinate all teams required, including architecture and IT technical specialists.
• Ensure that long-term support models are established with key stakeholders and processes implemented by the relevant teams.
• Manage project timelines, budget, risks, assumptions and dependencies.
• Provide regular reporting on progress, roadblocks and updated estimates to IT management and business stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years project management experience in an IT environment.
• Strong verbal, written skills in English and French.
• Self-motivated with a tolerance to ambiguity and change.
• Assertive, holding the team to planned dates.
• Experience navigating standard IT Operational groups and processes is an asset (e.g. Licensing, Asset deployments, Account integrations, etc.).
• Experience with Application migration projects is an asset.
• Experience with Network infrastructure projects is an asset.
• Experience with Data center implementation or relocation is an asset.
