Job Description
WHAT’S THE JOB?
As a Proposal Coordinator you will be a key member of the Workforce Accommodations, Forestry, and Energy Services Sales team. Working collaboratively with Sales, Business Development, Operations, and other stakeholders, you will coordinate the preparation of high-quality, compelling proposals. The Proposal Coordinator is also responsible to maintain and curate the proposal library and develop marketing materials in support of the Sales team.
YOUR WORK WILL INCLUDE:
- Coordinating the development and submission of responses to: Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Quotations (RFQ), and Expressions of Interest (EOI).
- Working collaboratively with various team members and subject matter experts – located across the country.
- Facilitating strategy discussions and integrating strategic objectives into submission responses.
- Managing quality control of submissions and ensuring timely delivery.
- Adhering to Company’s branding, content-writing, and editing standards.
- Organizing and maintaining the proposal library.
- Preparing marketing materials such as organization charts, personnel profiles, case studies, and bid presentations.

Qualifications
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Post secondary education; college diploma and/or university degree.
- 3+ years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Visio.
- Familiarity in MS Project and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Proficiency working across varied e-procurement sites (Ariba, APC, MERX, and BC Bid).
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed writing and editing skills.
- Experienced coordinating work within a cross functional group,
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations while under tight timelines.
- French language ability seen as an asset.
