Siwash is inviting experienced tourism workers and those interested in the industry to join us for our 2021 guest season and beyond. Job Highlights

· Interact with high end clientele

· Work in a unique environment & experience nature with 80,000 acres of wilderness

· Work with a world class team of hospitality professionals & like minded individuals

· Learn skills to assist head guides with the adventure programming

· Assist with general ranch maintenance (i.e. weeding main garden, trail clearing etc.)

General requirements – education, work experience, certification, and skills

· High School diploma

· Current certifications for First-Aid

· Must be safety and detail oriented

· Possess social skills required for serving a high-end, discerning clientele

· Comfortable with children and animals

· Able to work independently and as part of a team

· Willing to abide by the resort’s established systems and sustainability best practices

· Clear communicator, adept at listening

· Stamina for working in a physically demanding, fast-paced work place

· Mentally prepared to relocate and live in a remote wilderness environment

Specific Skills

· Driver’s License

· Be proficient with the use of farm equipment (Skidsteer; chainsaw; ATV and trailer, wood splitter, axe, fencing tools, etc.)

Highly Desirable (but not necessary—we will train the right candidate)

· Working knowledge of terrain, environment, flora and fauna in local area

· Ability for route finding in the wilderness

· Working knowledge of safety and risk management when dealing with people and the wilderness environment

· PAL

· Fly Fishing, Marksmanship, Archery Experience

· Carpentry & Construction Experience

· Own vehicle
