Recruitment Support Administrator – Part Time (Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario)

We are recruiting for several part time Recruitment Support Administrators who will be responsible for the recruitment of casual workers for various positions. The incumbent of this role is also expected to provide administrative services to the ESM division in an effective and efficient manner.

The successful candidate for this position will have the opportunity to participate as part of a dynamic team that provides quality service to internal and external clients. They will perform general business administration tasks and related duties to recruitment & selection for special projects as assigned.

  • Demonstrated professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer and client relations
  • Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Proficiency in the use of office equipment; computers, voice messaging systems, fax, photocopiers

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with special projects as requested
  • Ensure work adheres to company and client policies
  • Maintain electronic as well as hard copy filing systems
  • Ensure appropriate records are developed and maintained
  • Ensure all HR requirements are carried out professionally and efficiently as outlined
  • General office administration such as filing, data entry, document preparation
  • Responsible to assure the credibility of candidates through professional reference checks
  • Coordinate the recruiting process: select resumes, conduct telephone prescreens and conduct interviews

Education, Knowledge and Experience Required:

  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • Post-secondary qualification in a related field is an asset
