Job description: Naturally Pacific Resort offers an escape into Vancouver Island’s greatest outdoor playground. Located in Campbell River, BC with breathtaking mountain and ocean views, we will offer one of the premier hospitality experiences on Vancouver Island. Scheduled to open in January 2024 this destination resort will be complete with a 100-room luxury hotel, extraordinary dining, a luxury spa, an outdoor pool space, as well as a spectacular 18-hole golf course.

In this exciting new role, the Restaurant Manager will have the opportunity to work with key industry partners to bring the resort and its amenities to guests for the first time! As the Restaurant Manager the primary responsibility is to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets all of the established standards. Your role is crucial in creating a memorable experience for our guests as well as maintaining a productive and motivated team.

To excel in this position, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, a strong understanding of restaurant operations as well as being adaptive with strong problem-solving skills. Above all, you must have a strong passion for hospitality.

A few things we are looking for in a new team member:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or Tourism & Hospitality.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a demanding, multi-cultural, and diverse environment within required deadlines.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze date and trends, create strategies for improvement, and take risks.
  • Serving It Right Certification.
  • Working knowledge of Silverware POS System is considered an asset.
