Escape Trailer Industries is a Chilliwack based RV trailer manufacturing business looking for a Sales & Administrative Support member to join our team. A well-established company, customer focus, boasting a team of over 100 people, with a trajectory for continued growth.

This role requires flexibility, confidentiality, attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills. It would be well suited to someone who can multi-task, loves working with people, and enjoys contributing to a team environment. Experience with sales, customer service and administrative areas will be considered an asset.

Essential duties & requirements include:

  • Manage communications with customers from completion of sales order to final delivery confirmation
  • Modify customer sales orders as required
  • Schedule and coordinate with customers for their trailer deliveries
  • Coordinate with our logistics partner for customer trailer deliveries
  • Complete documentation for customer deliveries
  • Respond to customers queries and give after-sales support when requested
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in SharePoint Online
  • Other duties commensurate with your skill set

Preferred skills & experience:

  • Customer Service and sales experience
  • Work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Competent/Advanced with MS Excel & MS Word.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Experience with CRM tools

Education:

  • High School diploma (required)
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset

Job Details:

  • Full-time position
  • (Mon – Fri) – 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • Extended health care benefits after 3 months
