Job description: Staffmax is looking for a highly motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our clients’ talented team in a growing company. You will be responsible for the sales growth through new customer acquisition, customer retention and growth opportunities with existing accounts. If you are passionate about understanding business drivers for performance and engaging with internal and external partners to deliver strategic recommendations, then we would love to hear from you!
WHERE: Montreal, QC / Remote
WAGE: $80,000 – $120,000/year + Commission + Bonus + Benefits
TERM: Permanent, Full-Time
Must be Fluent in French & English.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic planning for business growth by achieving B2B sales targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting
- Responsible for maintaining and building a more cohesive relationship with customers
- Plan and execute channel marketing programs
- Understanding of networking industry and experience in working collaboratively with Engineers to provide outstanding customer support and satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-secondary education
- 5+ years experience in IT B2B business is a must
- Technical background in Networking is an asset
- Demonstrated high level of strategic planning, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- B2B experience and understanding of the Canadian market an asset
- Able to proactively cold call into net new accounts in order to drive new business
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
