Infosys is seeking Field Service Consultant having experience in Utilities, Telecom, Field service management (FSM) implementations – In this role you will interact effectively with Client executives, Product Owner, Business Analyst and Development team while owning the delivery of complex development items. You will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose, and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
This position is based out of Toronto, Ontario. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years Information Technology
- Experience in Utilities Field Service management Area.
- Experience working in Field Service implementation and/or support projects.
- Experience and knowledge in various Field Service products like KloudGin.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 10 years of overall work experience in Utilities Field Service management Area.
- Extensive experience of working on and leading various Salesforce Field Service or KloudGin implementation and support projects.
- Knowledge on any other FSM products like ClickSoftware, Oracle Field Service Cloud, MS Dynamics FSM, Salesforce Field service etc.is an added advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in building integrations in KloudGin with multiple other source systems.
- Experience in business process automation.
- Should independently interact with Business stakeholders to define the User requirements and map the requirements to the Product suite.
- Proven experience in Requirement Gathering, Solutioning and hands on Configurations.
- Designing ,building and supporting integrations with different edge systems.
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
