Position Overview:
We are seeking to hire an experienced Senior Consultant based in the United States or Canada, to join a growing team of digital technology and process experts as part of the creation and expansion of the Global Portfolio Organization, Consulting practice. This position will report directly to the Senior Director of the Consulting Practice. The scope and objective of this new role is to provide expert knowledge, insights and design assurance in the domain of AI, analytics and process automation to create tangible value and transformational outcomes for our clients, through advanced understanding of their business and strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with our Commercial and Operations teams to build executive client relationships and understanding of their business models, problems and objectives.
Make recommendations based on deep digital domain knowledge and expertise aligned with digital portfolio offerings to address problem statements and drive strategic outcomes for clients based on industry best practice.
Generate interest and revenue through the creation and presentation of professional and compelling proposals.
Monitor marketplace development and trends, competitor practices, and availability of tools to support innovation and provide competitive advantage.
Promote the company’s consulting practice internally and externally, creating awareness of capabilities and competencies supporting industry events and marketing presence including speaking opportunities and white paper publications.
Required Knowledge and skills:
- Detailed knowledge of the AI, Analytics and Automation domain including working knowledge of technologies, assets, tools and methodologies.
- Robust consulting and client / senior stakeholder relationship and portfolio management.
- Demonstrated ability to create innovative solutions and solve complex problems to generate strategic value for clients.
- Commercial acumen and strong interpersonal skills including ability to provide clarity and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years experience in enabling digital technologies and or process consulting at a senior level.
- Bachelor’s degree in technical subject or equivalent digital domain expertise such as AI, analytics or automation.
- A Masters degree is desirable.
- Technical, tools and process certifications or professional accreditations are an asset.
Scope: AI algorithms, advanced analysis and ML models, insights, intelligent assistants, NLP/NLU and robotic process automation (RPA/RPAaS).
Location: USA / Canada
Status: Full time / Permanent (FTE), home office with travel.
