Job title: Senior IT Project Manager

Job description: o Take charge of planning the company’s projects by drawing up a roadmap following various projects.
o Take charge of the follow-ups with management related to the progress of projects using the dashboards, progress indicators, etc.
o Ensure the management of cross-company projects.
o Coordinate project meetings with management and various stakeholders.
o Participate in the delivery of projects, by providing an advisory role on their management and by documenting reports and budget monitoring.
o Support managers in terms of service offers / work plans and presentations
o Participate in the creation of a project office by setting up methods / good practices in project management (planning, governance, monitoring, etc.)
o Write all funding requests for the MRC in collaboration with other services.
o College diploma in IT (Project management ideally) or equivalent experience
o 4 to 6 years of experience in Project Management (IT)
o Excellent communication skills
o Be results-oriented
o Mastery of a project management tool (MS Project)
o PMP (asset)
o Ability to manage business, IT infrastructure and application development projects
o Bilingual (French & English)
