We are currently seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia (CA-NS), Canada (CA).

NTT Data is experiencing unprecedented growth as many of our clients are dealing with the technology challenges necessary to stay competitive. As a result, we are actively seeking a results-oriented, hands-on Technical Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and hire some of top IT talent in North America.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and engaging high-quality prospects and candidates by utilizing advanced internet searching skills, job boards, social networking, database mining, referrals, cold calling, and other advanced recruiting techniques
• Managing candidates through the full life-cycle from initial engagement through on-boarding
• Working with hiring managers to align business forecast with talent acquisition needs.
• Managing applicant tracking system, maintain accurate candidate documentation to ensure legal compliance with employment practices, policies, procedures, and OFCCP regulations.
• Building a strong network of top talent, gain market intelligence and assess candidates to gauge alignment for a specific role or functional area.
• Providing guidance on search strategies to locate and attract niche skills in the IT space.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience sourcing candidates utilizing a wide variety of methods: social media, complex Boolean search strings, newsgroups, associations, niche job boards, major job boards, blogs and other professional networks.
• 3+ years of experience identifying, assessing, and hiring Technical and Functional candidates across the major Enterprise Application areas such as Salesforce, SAP, PEGA, and ServiceNow.
• 3+ years of IT Recruiting experience in a professional services, consulting, or staffing firm
• 2+ years working with an enterprise-wide Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in an OFCCP regulated environment

• Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding goals in a fast paced work environment
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
• A high degree of initiative, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with prospective candidates at all levels
