- Help grow the business and national strategies related to higher education and complex projects
- Help support our client partnerships by representing Colliers Project Leaders at events or ceremonies
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager, representing owners in the delivery of building development and capital improvement projects for education and other institutional clients – municipal/provincial, social infrastructure
- Demonstrated realization of 2 distinct projects valued between $2M and $10M in the last 10 years, one of which needs to have been completed in an occupied public building and the other needs to qualify as a complex project

- Deep knowledge of various design and construction methodologies, project management models and financial management, contract law, and relevant legislation
- Strong understanding of CCDC Contracts and experience in reviewing supplementary conditions
- Advanced understanding of Project Management methodologies and experience working in a PMO environment
- Effective leadership and organization skills, matched with the ability to effectively influence others and successfully resolve a variety of client and technical issues
