WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
As a Senior User Researcher – Enterprise Products, you will support research initiatives to deeply understand our operators (e.g. Chefs, Kitchen Staff, Unit Managers, etc) with the ultimate goal of identifying clear product direction and informing great user experiences.
You will:
Leverage both qualitative (secondary and primary, remote and in-context) and quantitative methods (e.g. user metrics) to define product directions and validate product and experience solutions.
Deliver concise learnings with a focus on implications for the product (not just the user experience).
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, designers, and other research colleagues throughout the research process – from early definition, to planning and executing, to acting on findings.
Plan and execute research in Sprints within to efficiently deliver regular, iterative research findings to key stakeholders and Product teams
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
2+ years of cumulative qualitative research experience in projects or product teams ideally for consumer mobile eCommerce channel or B2B SaaS products
A degree, diploma, certificate or equivalent in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Behavioural Science, Anthropology, Psychology or related field
Experience designing and executing research programs that impact user experiences, product teams, business goals and strategic planning
Fluency in qualitative methodologies (E.g. Interviewing, field studies, usability studies, contextual inquiry, etc)
Strong understanding of research methodologies, methods and techniques from exploratory to evaluative research
Ability to present and articulate rationale of your solutions and recommendations
