JLL is seeking a dedicated and proactive Service Coordinator to support the Facilities Management team for an investment management client. The Service Coordinator will be on-site 5 days/week at the client’s office, 77 King St. from 9am-2pm. There may need to stay longer or come in earlier based on the client’s needs so flexibility will be important.
The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and/or facilities or property management, possess excellent customer service skills, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Order, coordinate, and restock snacks to ensure an adequate supply is always available.
- Assist with general administrative activities as assigned by the Facilities Management team.
- Address badge issues related to building access upon request.
- Act as a key team member in emergency response situations.
- Coordinate general maintenance for the facility with the building operator and handle minor repairs when needed
- Conduct monthly stock inventory checks to maintain optimal quantities.
- Perform housekeeping audits in all facilities, including the pantry, Wellness Room, Mothers Room, and restrooms.
- Document any items that require attention, such as housekeeping, stocking, lights, repairs, etc.
- Ensure all entry points to the suite are functioning properly by badging at each entry point.
- Assist with conference room setups, catering food deliveries, and beverage requests.
- Ensure services and activities adhere to contractual agreements.
- Manager mailroom duties and courier deliveries
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality and/or facilities or property management.
- Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism.
- Passion for hospitality and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and process management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, and Outlook).
